The Department for Health and Wellbeing is looking for a Principal Health Insights Analyst to join a growing multi-disciplinary team analysing and developing strategic solutions to complex health system challenges. The team works together across multiple projects and agencies and requires skills in agility, critical thinking, and genuine curiosity.

Overview

Reporting to the Director, Strategic Projects and Policy, The Principal Health Insights Analyst will:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to enhance health system effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Director, Strategic Projects and Policy to support cross-divisional and interagency dialogue on system sustainability strategy. This includes contributing to the development and implementation of health system reform options.
- Provides research and analysis to support strategic decision making by the DHW Executive.
