**The Role**

Our clients growing Professional Services team is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior EUC/SOE Specialist to join their Melbourne team. In this exciting role, you will manage and develop the clients SOE which will see you provide sometimes non conventional, yet perfect solutions within a dynamic environment that encourages you to perform to the highest standard.

As part of this holistic approach to their IT environment, you will also provide EUC support and take ownership of their SCCM and Intune environment and work closely with their IT architecture team to improve performance and develop new solutions.

Some Key responsibilities will include:

- Take ownership and ongoing development of the SOE
- Resolve client problems and queries in a timely and effective manner
- Take ownership of the SCCM and Intune environment
- Take ownership and ongoing development of the SOE
- Contribute to the project team as it transitions to MDM
- Build, configure, and implement Microsoft-based solutions
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues related to SCCM and Intune
- Continuously improve technical processes, tools, and reporting

**About You**:

- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a SOE or related role
- Proven troubleshooting skills in SCCM, Intune, and MDM solutions
- Experience working with SLAs and change control processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Developed documentation skills for procedure updates and report creation
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work independently with minimum supervision
- A baseline NV1 security clearance or the ability to get one (Must be Australian Citizen)
