Line Setter

**Introduction**:
Pay Rate - between $27.80 to $37.60 per hour depending on experience.
Shift - Monday to Friday 5:30am start.
Continuous Improvement - you’ll be offered training and upskilling.

Location - Somersby NSW based, close to the Gosford freeway exit on the toll-free M1.

**Description**:
What is the role?
The Line Setting requires a keen eye for detail and strong mechanical aptitude you will be setting up our production lines to fill our products as scheduled. Of course, nothing always goes to plan so troubleshooting is required so the ability to problem solve and find the root cause of issues and work with others to find and implement improvements.
With an average batch size of 10,000 units and batch ranges from 500 - 100,000 units there is a lot of variety and on some days, you may have multiple change overs or none. While on the changeovers you will be busy but if things are running smoothly, you can breathe and get involved in helping others or working through improvements.
