Line Setter

**Introduction**:
Pay rate - range between $27.19 - $36.44 per hour (plus afternoon loading and overtime).

Delta has evolved from a veterinary wholesaler to one of Australia’s most trusted contract manufacturers of premium cosmetic, therapeutic and veterinary brands. Delta employs over 130 staff over 2-sites in various disciplines and has ambitious plans for continued growth through continued improvement and our partnerships with premium brands.

What is the role?

The Line Setting requires a keen eye for detail and strong mechanical aptitude you will be setting up our production lines to fill our products as scheduled. Of course, nothing always goes to plan so troubleshooting is required so the ability to problem solve and find the root cause of issues and work with others to find and implement improvements.

With an average batch size of 10,000 units and batch ranges from 500 - 100,000 units there is a lot of variety and on some days, you may have multiple change overs or none. While on the changeovers you will be busy but if things are running smoothly, you can breathe and get involved in helping others or working through improvements.
