Trusted Care Partners is currently recruiting for supportive and caring Disability Support Workers, with a genuine passion to help and support persons with disabilities to maintain their independence and participate in their communities. Support is to be provided in Hawthorn. Shifts on weekdays mornings, afternoons and evenings including weekends. Shifts are immediately available.

**Duties**:

- Personal Care
- Manual Handling (including the use of a hoist)
- Medication Support
- Transportation to appointments

**Skills, Experience, and Checks**
- Cert III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability
- Medication training (for some clients)
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Working with Children Check (Victoria)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
- Valid driver’s licence with access to comprehensively insured vehicle
- Availability to work across a 7-day roster, 8am to 8pm
- Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours (for some clients)
