**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care and support to clients in line with their NDIS plans.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in social and community participation.
- Maintain clear and accurate progress notes and reports.
- Follow established care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions.
- Assist in promoting clients' independence and enhancing their quality of life.

**Essential Criteria**:
Relevant qualifications or certifications in disability support or related fields (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in providing disability support or related care is desirable but not essential.
