**Key responsibilities of the position include**:
- Participates in the mowing programs of Council verges, to ensure that areas are well presented for the enjoyment of our community.
- Levels of public cleanliness are maintained including removal of illegally dumped rubbish.
- General horticultural maintenance.
- Operates and maintains plant, equipment and tools associated with the duties of the position.
**The successful applicant will have**:
- Current MR Truck license is essential.
- AQF Certificate III in Horticulture or similar is desirable.
- Experience in the use of mowing machinery and equipment.

This is a Grade 1 - 4 position (depending on qualifications), which has a current salary band of $78,916 - $83,656 per annum (plus superannuation).
