Our Nationally renowned client is seeking a superstar Administrator to join their Maintenance Management team in Canning vale. This is a temp to perm opportunity

**Start: ASAP**

**Location: Canning vale**

**Hours: Full time - Mon - Fri (38 hours per week)**

**Hourly Rate: Approx $32 + Super**

**The Role**

This role will have a strong focus on providing administrative support to the Maintenance Operations team, processing maintenance requests identified during routine inspections across various sites.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Maintenance and upkeep of the in-house System
- Gathering all information required to submit maintenance workorders
- Reporting and analysis
- Provide relief for other administration assistants as needed
- Data extraction from the Site CMMS and report development
- General administrative duties processing invoices, maintaining stationary supply, administering PPE, data entry, arranging safety meetings and events, and assisting other administrative team members
- Complete minutes for OHS Committee, Injury, Safety meetings in a timely manner
- Coordinating external training and labour hire requirements
- Managing a busy inbox
- Database management
- Systems: MS Office Suite, SAP (desired)

**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration support role
- SAP Experience will be highly regarded or similar
- Intermediate MS Office computer literacy and proficiency including Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Reporting skills desirable
- Excellent organisational skills
