We currently have an opportunity for a new Program Manager to join our team within our** Self-Employment Assistance program.**

**The Role - A Day in the Life of an Program Manager**:
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of the Self-Employment Assistance program across ETC’s footprint, whilst overseeing operations, financial budgets, and performance. This position will also be required to manage staff and resources to achieve the successful delivery of the Self-Employment Assistance contract in each Employment Region (ER) and operational budgets to achieve ETC’s agreed targets as set by the DEWR.

**Your Key Responsibilities** will include;
- Manage Self-Employment Assistance service delivery including caseload management, business planning, coaching and advice, delivery of training, client selection, mentoring services, compliance against the DEED, ESS reporting and financial management.
- Meet Contractual KPI's across all service elements
- Achieve levels of business performance, as measured by Workforce Australia Services - Self-Employment Assistance targets whilst ensuring delivery of this is in accordance with contractual compliance
- Management of the Self-Employment Assistance budget, in an effective and efficient manner and meeting ETC set budget expectations

**Criteria for Success**
- Demonstrated experience managing business and/or training programs, strong experience in contract management and ESS reporting.
- Previous experience in managing a team and problem solving
- Demonstrated experience in achieving KPI's
- Ability to develop and maintain sustainable relationships and networks with stakeholders.
- A current, clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
