**About us**

Ready Steady Go Kids is a multi-sport program for children aged 1.5 - 6yo with over 180 locations in Australia. The program has been designed by a Physiotherapist, and is a great way for children to learn the concept of sportsmanship, boost school readiness skills, develop gross motor skills, and encourage a healthy lifestyle, while learning a basic understanding of a variety of sports including tennis, hockey, basketball, athletics, soccer, AFL, rugby, T-ball, golf and cricket.

**What we are looking for**
- We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic people with a great personality to join our team of coaches. You need to be able to engage with children aged 18 months - 6 years old and have the confidence to run multi-sport classes at an energised level. You will be trained on court beside other coaches but you must bring high energy and a fun attitude.
- Our classes run 7 days a week during primary school terms. Shifts range between 2-5 hours. (from 9am on weekdays and 8am on weekends).
- You must have a drivers licence and access to a car and be willing to work at my 4 venues in Greensborough, South Morang, Lower Plenty and Eltham.
- You will be working with children so you must have an Employee Working With Children's check and will also need to complete a free online coaching course once employed.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Delivery of the Ready Steady Go Kids program in the 30-45 minute classes with another coach (between 2 and 6 classes back to back)
- Interaction with children aged 1.5 - 6 years old
- Interaction with parents or caregivers
- Teaching 10 different sports, skill by skill
- Showing the kids the benefits of warming up and stretching
- Playing games that are fun and interactive
- Keeping classes running on time
- Setting up and packing up equipment before and after classes

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
