**Your key duties will be**:

- Lead strength & conditioning sessions for swimmers, delivering a program developed by the Director of Coaching.
- Coach and support athletes during dryland training
- Track athlete progress and collaborate with the coaching team
- Ensure a safe and inclusive training environment

**You'll be a great fit if you**:

- Are a university student, preferably in a fitness-related field.
- Possess a genuine passion for fitness, strength training, and coaching.
- Flexibility to work primarily after school, with occasional weekend sessions.
- Communicate effectively and thrive in a team environment.
- Are eager to learn and grow as a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
- Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificates and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal training: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
