**About the role**

As a Customer & Contractor Field Manager, you will oversee contractor operations including the selection, onboarding and management of Service Providers that support Origin Zero’s business activities. You will engage contractors such as Electricians and Plumbers to perform Solar installation and maintenance activities and will monitor contractor licensing, industry training and inductions.

Reporting to the Head of Customer & Contractor Field Operations, you will act as the technical nominee for electrical installations, implement HSE and quality assurance systems, processes, audit activities and manage reporting of our contractor base to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, legislation, codes of practice and Origin directives.

**Duties**
- Select, onboard, train and manage trade related to Solar Services technicians and sub-contractors
- Manage day to day field activities with service suppliers to ensure contractor performance, delivery timeframes, installation practice and cost KPI’s are met
- Carry out field and desktop quality assurance and HSE assurance activities in accordance with the Origin Zero assurance plan
- Continually develop and maintain best practice operational procedures for field work

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar trade role managing contractors.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical installation practices across residential, commercial and industrial industries
- A Grade Electrical Licence and Driver’s License required
- Valid CEC Accreditation in Solar and Battery systems
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
