This award winning centre is designed with a focus on creating spacious, light-filled environments and caters to just short of 115 children. The award-winning design provides space for 10 generous sized play areas over two levels. Complete with sparkling star sleeping nooks and a dedicated kindergarten outdoor environment focused on encouraging gross motor development, the recognising the needs of young children at all different ages.

The philosophy is underpinned by the Reggio Emilia approach to learning and curriculum driven by children's interests.

The early years service takes sustainability of high importance and considers it a priority to minimise environmental impact and teach children how to reduce their footprint. The centre is committed to using recycled and natural materials within our art projects or for in-room experiences, including loose parts play. A community garden project encourages children to plant fruit and vegetables and they work with the in-house chef when it is time to pick them.

**About you**
- A completed Cert III, Diploma, or working towards a degree (as recognised by ACECQA)
- Experience in a long daycare environment
- An understanding of the legislation, standards and frameworks relating to Early Childhood Education.
- An understanding of child protection legislation and willingness to undergo additional child protection training as required
- Have great communication skills.
- The ability to work between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm is helpful.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
