Our client supplies revolutionary design and manufacturing processes for advanced UAV systems and is looking to expand its engineering and production team seeking an experienced **Quality Assurance Manager **to lead and manage quality processes and implement standards for certification and manufacturing requirements.

Role:

- Manage the corporate risk register, maintenance and close out of correction actions for auditing and risk activities
- Manage the continuity plan and provide cross team functional support to other relevant business units
- maintain quality systems to meet requirements ISO 9001 / AS 9100 and ensure quality compliance across the business
- Support supplier quality development and auditing processes
- implement regulatory standards checks and compliance procedures and manage customer requirements

Experience required:

- Experience in manufacturing / production / defence or similar engineering focused environments
- Previous experience leading or implementing ISO 9001 / AS9100 certifications
- Lead auditor and/or Engineering degree will be highly regarded
- Experience in leading organisational change and innovative mindset
- Australian PR or Australian Citizenship accepted
