**About the role**
Christadelphian Aged Care is seeking experienced Personal Carers on a **FT, PT & Casual basis** to join our team in Kallangur, QLD. As a Personal Carer, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our aged residents. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Assisting residents with their daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and social engagement
- Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, ensuring their comfort and quality of life
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

**What we’re looking for**
- Relevant qualifications in aged care, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
- Previous experience working as a Personal Carer or similar role in the aged care sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families
- A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
