About the role:

As the Regional Customer Solutions Manager, you'll oversee a team of 19 and manage the safe, cost-effective delivery of service, maintenance, and installation for Origin-owned assets. You'll be responsible for supporting both commercial and residential customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and efficiency. Reporting to the National Customer Solutions Manager, you'll play a key role in driving performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction across your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service and installation operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive preventative maintenance and asset management programs.
• Deliver technical training and induction for staff and contractors.
• Champion safety and hazard management across all activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.

What will you bring?

• Trade or technical qualifications in mechanical or engineering disciplines.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong technical gas service and installation expertise.
• Experience in hazardous environments and regulatory compliance.
• A current driver's license is essential. MR or HR (or ability to obtain one) desirable.
