**YOUR ROLE**

Join our Employee Relations project team and embark on a thrilling journey with a unique role that allows you to carve your own path Support Employees and Managers with day-to-day queries in relation to Work Schedule and Timecard updates in UKG.

You will work collaboratively across the payroll function to contribute to seamless end-to-end service delivery that is client orientated and outcomes focussed.

This role is a permanent role, and the role will be based in Sydney.

**ABOUT YOU
- Extensive experience in complex UKG multi-site industry
- Experience in Time & Attendance and Payroll system administration (UKG/SAP)
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel
- Ability work autonomously
- Experience interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources is desirable.
