The Risk Quality and Operations team delivers comprehensive, up-to-date and innovative operations support across a diverse range of issues.
Commercial by nature, the Risk Quality and Operations team aim to protect and enhance the Risk brand by making quality, risk management and operations as simple and sustainable as possible. We focus on maintaining the efficiency of the production process and helps teams make smart decisions. As an Operations team, we are involved in almost every aspect of the team. We are always on the lookout to discover ways to continue to improve our operational efficiency, to support Risk on its continued journey of exponential growth.
**About the Role**:
This role has been newly created to ensure our operational efficiency continues to improve, automate, and support the way Risk works. It's a role where you will get to know everyone in the team, and also handle a wide variety of stakeholders from not only Risk, but the broader law firm too.
The role of the Quality and Operations team is one of a trusted advisor to help the Risk partners and staff manage regulatory, professional and Ashurst requirements to ensure the quality delivery on a wide range of client projects as well as focusing on making quality and risk management and compliance simple and sustainable. We're an interactive, fast paced team providing critical support on a regular basis.
Your day will also include:
- Coordinating meetings with client representatives, partners and BD personnel who conduct meetings, pre and post meeting sessions.
- Templates, checklist and other artefact creation.
- Case study and matter showcase coordination and enhancement of presentations.
- CRM system reconciliation
- New Starter and On-boarding coordination.
In light of this, no two days are the same, so a fast paced mindset and adaptability is key

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in administration, project coordination and/or operations. Within a professional services environment is preferred but not essential. You will also frequently need to use Microsoft office so an intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft office skills is required. The role also includes parts of data management, so reporting skills and excellent attention to detail would be preferred.
