
Roster Clerk

You will work as part of a Rostering Team within the Logan District where you will be tasked with steering Patrol Group workforce resources to meet contemporary and operational demand requirements ensuring the effective management of available resources is aimed towards operational policing and service delivery.
Your role will include liaising with your respective management team and providing expert advice on compliance, risk management and resolving operational rostering issues. The Logan District is currently looking at how we best address our services and rosteringrequirements across the District which will be determined considering operational requirements.
**We currently have multiple positions available**:
- 1 x Permanent - Western Patrol Group
- 1 x Permanent - Eastern or Northern Patrol Group (yet to be determined)
- 1 x Temporary (12months) - Northern Patrol Group
- 1 x Temporary (12months) - Eastern Patrol Group
The above Patrol Groups consist of the following Police Stations:
- Western Patrol Group - Jimboomba, Beaudesert and Logan Village Yarrabilba Police Stations
- Northern Patrol Group - Logan Central, Crestmead and Browns Plains Stations
- Eastern Patrol Group - Beenleigh, Springwood and Loganholme Stations

- Do you have previous rostering experience of large staffing cohorts and knowledge of relevant industrial awards?
- Are you an effective communicator with a vision to connect with staff at all levels to inspire and drive the key business priorities associated with the role?

- Have you got a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the norm in when it comes to problem solving?
- Do you have the ability to work as part of a team but also be an independent leader?
