**General roles and responsibilities**:

- Embrace hospitality and drive the Rumble Culture
- Lead from the front and by example. Your attitude and behaviour will set the tone for the entire studio.
- Ensure the daily operations of the Studio are run to a high standard.
- Continue to build and develop the community aspect of the Studio.
- Understanding and implementation of the sales method and all its components.

**Training and development.**
- Develop and implement procedures alongside the owner to ensure adequate processes are in place to drive the team towards monthly targets.
- Train and develop the team to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Training new team members. Ensuring understanding of Rumbles sales methods and that the staff can implement each component.

**Management**
- Collaboration with the management team.
- Attend management meetings and video conferences as required.
- Organize and manage networking/community events and studio promotion opportunities.
- Rostering.
- Assist with marketing.
- Supervise your Rumble team’s performance, to drive results.
- Management of attrition and retention.

**Sales**

Development and implementation of strategies to ensure Sales targets met.

Implementation of studio promotions towards lead generation and sales.

Proactive approach to maintaining effective sales strategies.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in fitness centre management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in marketing and client engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the fitness industry.

**What We Offer**:
