**Job Overview**:
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, manage inventory, and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key to maintaining our high standards of productivity, safety, and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management, including regular cycle counts and audits.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Manage warehouse equipment and ensure that all tools and machinery are properly maintained.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Forklift License
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Odoo management software is a bonus.
- Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
