**The Role**

As a Nurse Consultant (RN/M3), you will bring your clinical expertise to enhance the quality and safety of mental health services across community, acute, and rehabilitation settings. In this role, you will offer expert mental health nursing care, provide clinical leadership, and lead projects or programs that drive improvements in consumer and service outcomes. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, making critical decisions and taking responsibility for your nursing practice, the effectiveness of care provided, and the alignment of practice with policy. Your role is pivotal in shaping and advancing mental health services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for mental health consumers.

As a Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Social Worker (AHP3), you will bring your advanced clinical skills to deliver exceptional Occupational Therapy services within the multidisciplinary teams of Yorke and Northern LHN Mental Health. Your role will focus on enhancing the quality and safety of community-driven mental health services, providing expert clinical and consultancy support to aid the recovery of mental health consumers, particularly in rural and remote areas of South Australia. Your expertise will be crucial in advancing mental health care and ensuring impactful outcomes for the communities you serve.
