Havenhall is a well established supplier of baby and maternity consumer products into pharmacy, grocery and baby store channels. We have a fabulous opportunity to utilise your expertise in purchasing and imports.

The key purpose of this role is to maintain inventory levels, place orders with our overseas suppliers, manage the import and shipment process, and co-ordinate these movements with our warehouses.

**The role**:

- Monitoring and forecasting stock and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- Raising purchase orders and communicating with foreign suppliers
- Inputting and tracking of all import shipments to ensure timely delivery to Australia
- Liaising with freight forwarders and clearing agents
- Maintaining shipment records
- Balancing stock levels between warehouses

**A bit about you**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Excel and computer skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative ,drive and energy
