**On any given day you will**:

- Interact with Insurers and external partners to improve client servicing
- Demonstrate a proven understanding of key products and coverage in policy wordings and be able to explain these to clients and colleagues
- Actively participate in insurance policy pre renewal, renewal and post renewal activities including internal strategy meetings, drafting quotation and placing slips, and crafting renewal reports
- Preparing, lodging, and invoicing of insurance policies
- Receive client requests and support different clients, colleagues and business areas
- Complete client reporting and documentation
- Understanding client financials and assisting with credit control

This role will suit someone who works well within a team environment, can manage their workload, is a self-starter and is highly client focused.
- Willingness to complete RG146 Tier 1 insurance broking
- This role could suit a graduate or someone with customer service or administration experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent attention to detail and be able to meet timelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- A willingness to learn
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills
