Our Client is a leading Civil Contractor with over 40 years’ experience that specialises in demolition, extensive asbestos removal, bulk and detailed excavation, shoring, site retention, and remediation, plus civil engineering works. They are known for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.

**Job Summary**

You will be completing various projects across build and transport sectors involving excavation, piling, post tensioning and re-instatement works, working on large value projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage all site activities, including the work of subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
- Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
- Manage and maintain equipment and materials on site
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Civil Site Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and techniques
- Experience in managing and supervising subcontractors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
