**The Role**

Zoomo is seeking individuals who are ambitious, enthusiastic, customer-focused, and diligent. We are in search of someone passionate about solving problems for our customers. As a retail team member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and the public, making your role crucial to our success. We prioritize individuals who are adaptable and enjoy taking on a variety of tasks, roles, and responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Ensure our riders have a great in-store experience by providing excellent service and a seamless process.
- Engage new and existing customers with energy and enthusiasm, making every interaction a positive one.
- Demonstrate empathy and a commitment to rider safety, handling any situations that arise with professionalism and care.
- Guide riders through the onboarding process and explain all safety requirements thoroughly.
- Provide expert technical assistance and information about our products and services, ensuring that riders have a clear understanding of what we offer.
- Help existing riders troubleshoot any issues they experience, working closely with our Customer Service team to find solutions.
- Follow up with customers after rentals or sales to provide post-rental and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with our CS team and Operations team to improve our support processes and achieve our goals.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Assist our mechanics in maintaining a consistent inventory of parts and supplies.
- Proactively contribute to achieving individual and company goals, taking on new responsibilities as needed to support our business.
