**The NDIS**
**Your Opportunity**
Based in Bently, our amazing Program Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, managing, and developing a service delivery team to execute high quality and contractually compliant services to a wide range of participants throughout our local communities. This role will offer a level of autonomy and will require a high level of organisational skills, teamwork & collaboration, and you will have experience managing a diverse team.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of approx. 15 direct reports
- Manage and allocate participant workloads relative to requirements, capacity, and capability
- Support Service Area Managers with meeting contractual requirements across each of the service areas
- Engage with local communities and develop effective positive stakeholder relationships across the area
- Provide direct service delivery to clients as required
- Ongoing development of the service through continuous improvement initiatives
**Requirements for Success**
With a significant background in leadership in Human Services and/or Disability sectors, you will be confident in your values-based leadership and workforce planning. Other requirements include:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in allied health, social work, human services or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience in disability services, human services, allied health, community or
- equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
- Experience in provision of strengths based/goal based planning, person-centred and information and referral services
- Compelling experience in staff supervision of a service delivery team
- Demonstrated ability to deliver service outcomes on time and in compliance with funding requirements
- Strong ability to develop and maintain effective, positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in budget and financial management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in community and social outcomes
- Lived experience of disability, encouraged
- A personal alignment with the values of Mission Australia
- NDIS Worker Screen Clearance
- Must have a full driver licence with no restrictions
