**About the role**
The main duties of this role include:
- Relief payroll processing for around 300 employees
- In-depth payroll reporting
- Setting up of new employees and terminations
- Processing pay adjustments
- Resolving payroll queries and issues
- Lodging compliance's
- Performing miscellaneous calcs and maintaining spreadsheet data
- Backup support and performing payroll and related finance administration
**Role Requirements**
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in payroll
- Previous experience with iChris or Chris 21 essential
- Experience performing reconciliations, identifying irregularities and making required adjustments
- Previous experience with Carelink (Rostering Software) preferable but not essential
- Knowledge of Health Care Awards especially SCHADS
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Willingness to work within a changing environment
- Experience working in the Aged Care or Disability funding field advantageous
