**Position**: Disability Support Worker
**Location**: Wollongong, Australia
**Shifts Blocks (Estimated)**:
7 AM TO 3 PM
3 PM TO 11 PM
1 1PM T0 7 AM (Inactive)
**Availability**: Minimum of four (4) days per week

**Role Overview**:
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in our Supported Independent Living facilities. Your tasks will range from providing personal care and medication management to creating a safe, supportive environment. Your expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention will be instrumental in handling complex behaviors and fostering positive relationships.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $32.00 - $50.60 per hour
