Is an Australian FMCG manufacturer that has many iconic brands under its name and will be very familiar in retail outlets across Australia. Located in the Sydney southwest region, this is a great opportunity to join a company has recently moved into new production facilities with modern manufacturing lines. The position is on a day shift roster with overtime on the weekends.

**Your new role**

You will be required to attend machinery breakdowns & maintaining production plant to assist production in delivering quality output in a safe environment. You will follow the preventive maintenance schedule, reporting to the maintenance manager. In addition to the preventative and breakdown maintenance there will be additional project work. This will entail production line upgrades, machinery replacement and development of the onsite workshop.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Trade qualified Fitter

Good all-rounder with mechanical and maintenance skills

Previous experience in dealing with machine repairs

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG or Food experience desirable)

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job

Efficient working in a small maintenance team

Having a restricted electrical licence will be an additional bonus.
