Sydney, Australia Care.Live.Smile Full time

**Care Live Smile** works hand-in-hand with our partner organisations, matching their clients in need of at-home care with our team of qualified and experienced Care Workers.

**Homecare assistance main duties**:

- Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy environment through light housekeeping including changing bed linens.
- Assisting clients with housekeeping or other daily errands
- Preparing meals and assistant with feeding (if necessary) according to specific dietary requirements.
- Assisting the client with therapy exercises under the direction of a Registered Therapist.
- Performing assistance to personal care including hair care, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Providing companionship and stimulation for the client including reading, walks, etc.; and accompanying the client to doctors or other appointments.
- Transporting client to appointments
- Observing and taking notes to changes in client's condition.
- Observing and reporting on changes in the health or status of the client

**Job requirements**:
**Mandatory job requirements (for domestic assistance)**:

- First Aid (HLTAID003, HLTAID011, HLTAID004, HLTAID012)
- NDIS Worker Screening ID _or _AU National Police Check
- COVID-19 fully vaccinated with booster
- Available most of the days and can start ASAP
- Willing to work on a casual basis and to travel in the surrounding suburbs

**For personal care service, you must have all the above requirements and**:

- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or Nursing

**Additional requirements for transport services**:

- Comprehensive car insurance - with worker’s name listed as main driver or insured driver
- Full driver licence
- Car registration

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
