About the Role

We are excited to welcome a new, passionate, customer focused team member to our friendly team at Artarmon. In this role, you will lead customers through an exceptional customer service experience, guiding them to the decision that best meets their wants and needs. You will work closely with your store manager, motor mechanics, tyre technicians and wheel aligners to deliver the best service to our valued customers, ensuring everyone leaves our store happy and with peace of mind driving.

Your main day-to-day tasks would include:

- Attending to customers and providing exceptional customer experience
- Motivating, encouraging and communicating with your team
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Handling and processing payments
- Maintaining sales, receipts and stock records

About you
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and team members
- Enthusiastic attitude and strives to achieve KPIs
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and interest in the automotive and tyre industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $69,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Artarmon, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
