**About the role**
Be a part of the thriving number 1 retail store in NSW, located at Warwick Farm. Embrace the flexibility, variety, and endless opportunities for long-term growth. You'll have the chance to shine in roles that involve assisting customers with loans and purchases in the buys and loans section, or selling a diverse range of second-hand goods on the retail floor. Enjoy a Monday to Sunday schedule, with the perk of having every second weekend off one week and two weekdays off the next.
**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, assisting with loans, purchases, or selling second-hand goods.
- Organise and maintain stock, ensuring it is well-presented for sale.
- Use your negotiation skills to make deals for customers selling and buying second hand goods (on-the-job training provided).
- Maintain accurate records and update the computer system with relevant information.
**Skills & experience**
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Prior customer service experience in industries like retail, hospitality, finance, etc. is highly regarded.
- Ability to show empathy and kindness in sensitive situations.
- Initiative and a positive, can-do attitude towards challenges
- A genuine people person who thrives in a people-centred environment.
- Intermediate computer skills
