The Employee Technology group provides “the backbone of amazing technology experiences” through driving and delivering positive end user experiences. The group comprises of the following core areas:

- IT Service Desk and Technology Smart Hub
- End User Computing
- Collaboration Tools
- Employee Experience & Training
- Audio Visual and Video Conferencing

What you’ll be doing:
Based out of our AGL Telco Bendigo office, the EUC Support Lead has accountability for owning and delivering an excellent face-to-face support experience to our Bendigo based users, as well as supporting the wider End User Computing team in delivering on their objectives and strategic goals. This is an interesting and dynamic role, with potential for travel and increased scope beyond the base office.

About You

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Strong customer service skills, providing Level 1 & 2 support for on-site staff.- Work closely with the wider EUC Support Team and outsourced support teams.- Proven experience supporting a Windows desktop environment.- Support and management of SCCM & Intune.- Sound knowledge of Active Directory Users & Computers and Office365 Administration.- Mobile Telephony Support - Apple and Android.- ITIL Foundation certification and first-hand experience of working in a large fully ITIL orientated Technical Support Organisation.- Be able to contribute to the strategy for EUC Support as required and identify opportunities for continual service improvement.
