**Who We Are**:
**Join one of the most exciting start-up companies today** **NEEDLY** is the new way of shopping for groceries - delivery from our very own ‘supermarket’ straight to the customer’s door.

**The Role**:
As a valued **Team Member** you will be responsible for ensuring our customers orders are picked and packed correctly. The **Team Member** will be responsible for providing quality customer service to our customers, assigning orders to couriers, help manage inventory, and perform basic warehousing tasks.

**About You**:

- Passion for providing quality customer service experience
- Experience working in customer service (retail or fast food is great)
- High attention to detail in fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator
- Comfortable working with computers & smartphones
- Physically fit
