Apprentice Carpenter/joiner

Stairtek Pty Ltd is Currently seeking a keen and motivated 1st or 2nd year apprentice Carpenter and joiner.

Our factory is based in mortdale, and we have a young vibrant team expanding looking for someone who is keen and willing to learn the trade. The successful applicants duties will include assisting with factory manufacture and site installations of timber staircases for the residential building industry.

We have an ever growing number of regular builders/clients who are using our service and are looking for long term staff members.

With a wide variety of projects ranging from standard timber staircases, custom steel staircases and glass balustrades, through to architectural staircases, the successful applicant will learn a vast array of skills of qualified tradesmen.

Working in a small team you will gain a great knowledge of the industry, and a variety of materials including timber/steel and glass.

**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
