Landscape Construction Apprentice

WPC Group are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join the team as a Landscape Construction Apprentice. This apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop valuable skills in the field of landscape construction.

As an apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in all aspects of landscape construction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation and construction of various landscape features, such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features.
- Learn proper excavation techniques, including grading and leveling.
- Assist in the preparation and installation of irrigation systems and drainage solutions.
- Learn to operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in landscape construction, such as power tools, compactors, and concrete mixers.
- Participate in plant installation and maintenance, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Assist in the construction of outdoor structures, such as pergolas, decks, and fences.
- Learn to read and interpret landscape construction plans and blueprints.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for working outdoors and a genuine interest in landscape construction.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license is essential and the ability to hold a white card.
