This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young autistic children and their families by delivering evidence-based early developmental supports within an inclusive early education environment.

**About the Role**

As the Inclusive Support Manager, you will oversee the delivery of our Early Years Inclusive Autism Support service, ensuring best practices in supporting children aged 1-5 years. You will manage the day-to-day operations, lead a transdisciplinary team, and contribute to the strategic direction of the program in collaboration with the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and manage staff performance, training, and development.
- Deliver specialist clinical support to ensure best practices for children and service delivery.
- Develop and implement innovative service solutions, aligned with NDIS requirements.
- Engage with early childhood and disability community stakeholders to influence policy and service improvements.
- Facilitate collaborative research to advance inclusive autism support methodologies.

**About You**

**Essential**:

- A university degree in Education or Allied Health.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Extensive clinical experience supporting neurodivergent children and their families.
- Strong understanding of NDIS processes and requirements.
- Proven ability to drive program development and strategic planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Compliance Requirements:

- Victorian Working With Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
