**Receptionist | Full or Part Time role available**

Our Williamstown clinic is well-established within the area with great facilities and an enthusiastic, knowledgeable team. We are looking for a receptionist to join the team on a part-time or full-time basis and be the new friendly face of the clinic

**Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Greeting our clients and patients in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining a consistently high level of organisation and cleanliness in reception

**Ideal Applicant**:

- Prior Reception experience (Veterinary industry experience is preferred but not essential)
- Will enjoy chatting to the clients and getting to know the close-knit community
- Finds enjoyment in building great relationship with clients and your patients
- Has excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to work unsupervised but also loves to be part of a team
- Has a high standard of customer service
- Experience with Rx Works is preferred but not essential
