**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As part of our diverse team based in our **Melbourne**, you’ll help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You’ll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.
You will gradually receive your own portfolio to manage, which will include liaising with injured workers, their employers and Allied Health professionals. You will also work with internal specialists to create a strategic plan to help injured workers get back into work as quickly and safely as possible.
This is a **full time, permanent** position based in our **Melbourne CBD office**, commencing by **Monday 17**th** October.**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Once fully trained, you will gradually take responsibility of a portfolio of workers compensation claims with a focus on physical and psychological based injuries
- Manage and maintain relationships with injured workers, their employers and several external stakeholders to help the injured worker back to work as quickly and safely as possible
- Work with external stakeholders to assist throughout the claims process with the injured party
- Work with our internal specialists to develop and implement a plan to assist the injured workers’ return to work journey
**ABOUT YOU**:
- You have held roles within a medical, hospitality, retail or corporate field specialising in customer service
- You pride yourself on giving an exceptional level of service to your customers willing to go that extra mile
- Have strong experience building rapport quickly and building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated and can think on your feet when engaging and managing stakeholders throughout the process
- Ability to be negotiating and influencing positive outcomes for all parties involved
- You will thrive and enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- You will have a Passion for helping others and managing challenging situations
