**Join the team**

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be joining Kmart during a transformational phase. With overall site responsibility, you will showcase your supply chain leadership skills as you hit the ground running in this senior role based at our Lytton DC.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a DC Manager working for Kmart you will:

- Have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the site to ensure safety, service and financial performance targets are achieved.
- Be strategically focused on delivering future vision for site on safety, people and values, employee engagement, operational performance, customer service, strategy and commercial objectives.
- Develop and execute National Supply Chain Strategy

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Preferred qualifications in supply chain, or business management
- Lean Six Sigma ( ideal)
- Mature leadership capability with a strong strategic focus
