Epiroc Australia has an opportunity for an individual with a positive mindset and the desire to own their scope, to fill the role of **Customer Service Officer **based in our Perth head office**.**

**The key responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below**:

- Provide Epiroc customers with a level of customer service exceeding that of our competitors
- Receiving and responding to customer enquiries
- Proactively selling Epiroc products
- Processing customer quotes, orders and expediting back orders
- Working with the team to resolve customer issues
- Working closely with the service and supply teams to provide customer based solutions
- Achieve sales targets

**The successful applicant must have**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Excellent verbal, written communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Commitment to providing quality customer service, on a consistent basis
- Ability to handle and work under pressure, and prioritize workflow
- Solid report writing ability and computer literacy
- Ability to travel to provide coverage Australia wide
- Ability to work well in a team environment
