**THE ORGANISATION**
Working for one of Australia's famous organisations, we have an exciting 6 month contract available for a committed and passionate OD & Talent Lead.

**THE ROLE**
Reporting directly to a GM of OD, you will work within a team of talented and driven OD professionals whilst supporting employees across Australia. Responsibilities will include managing and facilitating performance and talent reviews, building talent management programs and assist with a culture change project, designing and implemented capability frameworks and review talent management programs. You will also have overall responsibility of project managing the implementation of a D&L strategy.

**THE CRITERIA**
To be successful in this role you will need to be a seasoned Organisational Development professional who has had experience in delivering and designing culture programs and talent management programs. You must be a self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running with a positive attitude and has ideally worked within a corporate environment that has experienced a period of change. You must be immediately available to be considered for this position.
