We are: - Compassionate - Vibrant - Inclusive - Accessible We are currently looking for an Allied Health Assistant to join our team. This position supports the provision of community-based speech pathology services to adolescents and adults. Services are delivered in a variety of settings, including individual client homes, disability group homes, support employment centres. Client programs are goal-directed and focused on functional outcomes, and are delivered in an interprofessional, collaborative manner. This is a mobile position, and uses portable technology, cloud-based practice management software, and cloud-based admin systems to organise duties, appointments, and tasks quickly and effectively. The position actively participates in Wollongong Speech Pathology’s team environment. Essential criteria: - Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent qualification. - Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently, under remote supervision. - Demonstrated time management and organisational skills. - Current drivers’ licence and access to your own car.
