**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

A very well-respected boutique Project Management consultancy with major private and public sector Clients. They have a strong pipeline of work across aged care, health, government, commercial and hospitality.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Company Directors you will be responsible for overseeing a number of key client accounts to ensure the succesfull delivery of programes of works and projects relating to the clients. Lead bids, grow teams, develop staff and deliver major planning and construction projects.

The role involves a strong focus on Business Development to win new clients

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree qualified
- Experience delivering projects from business case and planning through to construction and delivery
- Previous experience in a Project Director position
- Experinece delivering projects between $5-$50m
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Well developed stakeholder engagment and influencing skills
- A strong network of local clients, consultants and contractors
