ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop a strong understanding of ECI's products and communicate the value to the customer base effectively.
- Keep customers informed of new product offerings.
- Have a strong working relationship with your customers to update/increase references within Salesforce, keep customers on Maintenance and Support contracts, and help minimize any issues they may have.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quota goals in accordance with the strategic plan.
- Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in Salesforce, producing regular activity reports.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality communication goals in accordance with the strategic plan.
- Remains low or off the Exceptions Dashboards by following-up on all outstanding activities within your territory.
- Produce quality calls with your customer by building relations and truly digging for sales opportunities.
- Produce quality demos with your customers, as well as in hot seat training.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of manufacturing software is helpful but not required.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent, one to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Sales Experience helpful but not required
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Works well with others.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

- Perform some repetitive motion activities.
- Sit for long periods of time.
- Speak for long periods of time, as most interaction takes place via phone and online meetings.
- Perform software demonstrations (online) which may require 1 to 2 hours meetings without breaks.
