We are looking for an experienced Business Support Assistant to join our busy company based in Thomastown Victoria.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Organising site access, times keys etc.
- Customer Invoicing
- Setting up projects and entering budgets
- Supporting service operation Managers with Ad hoc functions
- Collection and correlation of Timesheets
- Database maintenance
- Fleet and facilities maintenance
- Filing and system updates
- Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years, professionally groomed, with a strong presence and professional manner.
- Basic/Advanced skills in: Problem solving, Organisation, Communication & interpersonal skills, and Computer literacy - Microsoft Office / Windows environment
- Superior organisational and administrative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team with strong time management and prioritizing / organizational skills
- Exemplary customer service, a ‘can do’ attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving and trouble shooting
- Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and work independently, yet collaboratively with a team
