Doughkyo is a Japanese-inspired bakery retail shop that is home to Sydney’s best Japanese baked goods, featuring a delightful selection of sweet and savoury breads and pastries. We are seeking for a passionate **Baker **to join our amazing team at our **Parramatta** store.

Location: Shop 1146/159-175 Church St, Parramatta NSW 2150

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**:

- At least a Cert III level of study in Baking or Bread Baking, or equivalent
- At least two years of practical working experience as a Baker
- Good team-work and communication skills
- Australian Citizen / PR or Australian Visa that allows you to work full-time.

**About the role**

As our Baker, you will be working full-time, 5 days a week (38 hours). Your main duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Ensuring the cleanliness of working area and equipment before production
- Reviewing the materials used for baking before production
- Measuring and mixing ingredients to produce various bakery products
- Weighing materials for appropriate quantity of each product
- Cutting dough into equal parts to ensure product consistency
- Monitoring the oven temperature and time during production
- Checking the quality of final product before taking it out to the storefront
- Emptying and cleaning cooking equipment

**Remuneration**

For this role, we are offering a salary of $73000 - $78000 + superannuation.
