We are seeking an Administration Officer to support the SEE Program delivery. The incumbent will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries, assisting with program information, and supporting onsite stakeholders.
- Promote and market Navitas Skilled Futures programs while coordinating and assisting with site events.
- Provide administrative support, including accurate data entry, document preparation, invoicing, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with operations, system improvements, and maintaining a welcoming reception and student area
- Maintain accurate and secure client records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Manage data entry, reporting, and analysis across NSF systems, including VETtrak.
**Qualifications**
**It is essential you can demonstrate the following criteria**:
- High attention to detail
- knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office and Teams
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within an education environment
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively liaise with key stakeholders in a multicultural learning environment
- Demonstrated awareness of a range of cultural perspectives and sensitive approaches to our clients and stakeholders.
