Work with young people experiencing homelessness
- Located in Burwood at the Kirrang Wilam Enhanced Youth Refuge
- Full time|permanent|leading provider in Victoria|newly created role

**Your role**:
You will coordinate the provision of services role within the Kirrang Wilam Enhanced Youth Refuge. This position requires an individual with a strong working knowledge of the youth homelessness sector and the ability to work with young people from a wide variety of backgrounds.

This is a complex service area where you will work with young people for around 6 weeks so it is integral to the success of the program that you know how to influence systems and guide others to navigate those complex systems.
- Provide leadership, support and supervision to a team of 7 support workers, case management and therapeutic employees.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the refuge.
- Broad knowledge of the systems and services that surround young people.
- Experience in housing, community services and youth mental health.
- Ensure that therapeutic interventions and responses are used to work with all young people.
- Commitment to providing quality care to young people.
